Delivers counseling through classroom lessons, small groups, and individual student support while helping students develop personal, academic, and career goals. Collaborates with administrators, educators, families, and community partners to address student needs, support transitions, analyze student data, and implement proactive and responsive interventions. Maintains a data-driven counseling program aligned with standards to promote student achievement, growth, and positive school engagement.
