In this role, you will provide continuous surveillance of cardiac rhythms and vital signs for patients across our care units, promptly recognizing and reporting changes that impact patient safety. You will accurately interpret and document rhythms, escalate concerning findings to nurses and providers, and collaborate closely with clinical staff to support high-quality, holistic care.
