Remote Data Entry Clerks to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across various systems and platforms. This position is fully remote and offers flexible scheduling, including day and night shift options. Key Responsibilities: Accurately input data into internal databases, spreadsheets, and systems Review data for errors and correct any inconsistencies Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information Verify and cross-check data from multiple sources Organize and maintain digital files and documents Meet daily/weekly productivity and accuracy targets Communicate with team members or supervisors regarding any data discrepancies Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate\'s degree is a plus Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role preferred Excellent typing speed and accuracy (e.g., 50+ WPM preferred) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and/or Google Workspace Ability to work independently in a remote setting Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free home workspace Flexibility to work either day or night shifts, including weekends if needed Work Schedule: Day Shift: Generally between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (based on time zone) Night Shift: Generally between 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM Options for part-time or full-time shifts Flexible scheduling may be available depending on workload and team needs Compensation & Benefits: Competitive hourly rate Overtime opportunities (as applicable) Remote work flexibility Paid training Opportunities for advancement Benefits package (for eligible employees, including healthcare, PTO, etc.) #J-18808-LjbffrJob Description Job Description Required Skills PHYSICAL STANDARDS: Employee must be able to walk, bend, reach, climb, and lift 25 pounds or more.
