BSA With Strong SQL

Remote 10 months

No Third party C2C

Core Skills:

• 9-10+ years of BSA experience is required.
• Very strong hold on SQL, Demonstrated Capability in writing queries, Joins, creating reports, etc.
• Exposure to data warehouse projects, Data migration project is a must
• Knowledge of Healthcare, Mater Data Management, and/or Marketing systems as a plus
• Ability to facilitate business requirements, and elicitation sessions with multiple stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of SDLC and creating and developing business requirements.
• Proficient in Visio to create process flows.
• Create and apply diagrams that represent the flow, the process, and the transformation of data within various systems for current and future states.
• Strong waterfall methodology experience is required and familiarity with Agile Scrum concepts would be a plus.
• Capture and write document business requirements including system application flows and impacts.
• Development of new process flows and functionality integration and adding any needed clarity to requirements as well as documenting progress.
• Identifies potential issues and risks after conducting a gap analysis
• Plans and consults with business stakeholders on data reporting and trending reports as needed.
• Works within identified scope of the project and gathers business requirements by working with the business stakeholders, Business Architecture, IT, and Vendors (or Cross-functional technical teams).
• IIBA Certification or equivalent is a plus.
